It's been a few weeks since I've found the time to come here and make entry. I am still searching for relevant things to say. Unfortunately I haven't found any. Today is my mom's 80th birtday, and my wife's 50th (she will be mad for my posting that). Women and their thing about age, I don't understand. Nevertheless, let me talk about something I've learned recently. I have always liked kids, children, whatever...over the past few days I've been baby-sitting a grandbaby, Princess, as her mother is in the hospital with her newborn, Serenity. Princess, who is around 14 months old, has become precious to me. This hardened old man (I'm 55) has been turned to softness in a way I could not have imagined a year ago. I'm even starting to feed the dogs. My wife is into pets. I am not. Still, I suddenly care more about such matters than I used to. That bees Houston speach.
